We are looking for an individual who will interact daily with our customers to answer questions regarding programs, registrations, childcare system support, accounts, and billing. The Customer Care Specialist will work to address and resolve concerns, representing the AlphaBEST brand with professionalism, and showcasing our core values with every customer interaction. AlphaBEST is currently hiring a Customer Care Specialist in its Prince William County, VA office. Typical hours are Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm. Occasional flexible scheduling may be required if supporting programs in different time zones. This is a full-time position that is paid from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour with benefits that include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and more! Position Details:Customer response time within 24 hours is expectedMaintain family accounts and make billing adjustments, as approvedProvide technical assistance for child management systemUse troubleshooting processes to determine cause of concernDevelop/recommend course of action to resolve customer concerns, acting within scope of authorityDocument actions in system for accurate reportingProvide administrative support for processing subsidy payments and related childcare reimbursementsPositive interactions with internal and external customers to resolve issues Job Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or GED and be passionate about providing excellent customer service.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsTwo years' experience in providing customer service with proven track record of customer satisfactionCPR and First Aid Certified (preferred)6 months experience working in a licensed childcare facility (preferred) As an AlphaBEST Team Member, we care not only about WHAT you do in your job, we also care about HOW you do it!
