Staffmark is partnering with our client, a global provider of financial services technology, to hire Call Center-Customer Service Representatives in Hagerstown, MD. We are looking for Customer Service Representatives that can demonstrate excellence in delivering both world class customer service and problem resolution. This position is scheduled to start on Monday 8/16. This is a temp to hire opportunity, starting pay rate is $15.00 for 1st shift and $16.20 for 2nd shift Qualifications: Must have 1+years working in a customer focused environment (call center preferred) Experience navigating dual monitors and several applications at a time required Must be able to multi-task (talk on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes) Strong customer focus with experience resolving issues with a positive outcome Attention to detail, strong communication and listening skills Flexibility to work any shift schedule and overtime as needed (schedules change every 6 months, schedule selection is performance based -top performers get first pick). MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS!!
