Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) Manager who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•This person is responsible for the efficient operations of the campus
Occupational Health program, as well as managing the campus Occupational
Health staff.
•Ensures occupational health and related services to all AHC customers are
provided with excellence and compassion. Customers served includes but is
not limited to AHC employees, physicians, volunteers, and patient care
contractors seeking occupational health services.
•This person is actively engaged in the AHC goal of becoming a world-class
healthcare organization.
•Demonstrate actions and attitude that contributes to Adventist Healthcare
mission, vision and values, as we extend God's care through the ministry of
physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

Qualified candidates will possess:

•Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a minimum of a Master's •Degree required in a Master of Nursing program
•Active Maryland Family NP or Adult NP license required
•Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
required
•3-4 years experience in NP Management preferred

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3:30 p.m.
Full-time (40 hours/week)

Those testing positive are given the opportunity to re-apply in 90 days, if they can truthfully attest that they have not used any nicotine products in the past ninety (90) days and successfully pass follow-up testing.
