Job Description: Reporting to the Director of DE&I Center of Excellence, the Employee Resource Groups' (ERG) Program Manager will support the advancement of the enterprise DE&I strategy by managing our ERGs. This individual will primarily be responsible for further developing and supporting the ERGs, including executing and further enhancing the overall ERG strategy, assisting ERG leadership teams with their annual plans, day to day consultation with ERG leadership teams, workstream leads and executive sponsors, while ensuring the ERGs meaningfully contribute to creating an inclusive environment and support the business. This individual may also support other areas of DE&I execution, as needed as a member of the OMWI Center of Excellence team. THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE* Responsible for enhancing and executing the ERG strategy, helping to ensure that ERG programming is aligned to enterprise DEI strategy. * Document and streamline key processes with an eye on operational discipline. * Provide effective guidance and oversight to ERGs, their leadership teams and workstream leads, ensuring alignment and integration of ERG annual plans* Track and monitor ERG budgets, spending and approve expenses. Manage other key ERG processes, including:* Leader elections, selection, appointments, and on-boarding/training* Planning and execution of the annual ERG Summit and regional summits* Refreshing ERG performance metrics and dashboard* Leveraging data analytics, where available, to identify opportunities and provide recommendations* Partner with Internal Communications to plan and execute ERG communications strategy, establish guidelines, develop standard templates; oversee strategy and work directly with applicable ERG leadership to ensure consistent execution.* Collaborate with ERG leadership, the D&I team, executive sponsors, and other parts of the business to identify opportunities to support business outcomesQualifications: THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMMinimum Required Experiences* 2 years relevant experience* Experience working with employee resource groups and/or working with employee or student networksDesired Experiences* Bachelor degree or equivalent* Ability to work across different levels and functions to build relationships with key stakeholders and champions* Forward-thinking, detailed-oriented, and personable* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills* Strong project management skills to handle complex projects simultaneously* Ability to work well under pressure, with proven time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and organize complex information* Ability to demonstrate awareness and understanding of multiple facets of diversity with a focus on intersectionality: cultural, ethnic, racial, religious, gender, educational, age, sexual orientation, linguistic, professional, and other differencesOther Skills* The group of skills related to Information Retrieval including fact gathering, conducting focus groups and interviews, designing surveys, etc.* The group of skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict* Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions* The group of skills related to Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations* The group of skills related to Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc.* Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion* Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI* The group of skills related to Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.* Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand* The group of skills related to Business Process Management including business process modeling, process design and implementation, etc.Additional Information: The future is what you make it to be.
