Description Senior Business and Financial Analyst ( VDOPS-20-1953-W): Bowhead seeks multiple Senior Business and Financial Analyst to acts as a key technical expert on financial analysis issues, concerns and special projects. These Business and Financial experts will interface with top management, responding to their requests for financial data and resolve reporting and compliance issues. They will prepare special reports and financial studies, and alert leadership to significant variances to plan. Senior BFAs also coordinate, negotiate and resolve financial issues with various governmental agencies to ensure accurate interpretation; conduct and may lead audits; and provide work leadership for lower level employees. Requirements Bachelor s Degree preferred Seven (7) years of experience performing financial analysis. Demonstrated experience in the following areas: financial reporting, budgeting, requisitioning, forecasting, and utilization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) financial software. Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
