It's all about doing the right thing"A cents € a missionA' that hasn't changedA' for more than 100 years.A' THE ROLEOneMain is seeking to fill an HR Operations Partner role at our Baltimore, MD Corporate office.A' This role will provide program oversight and administration support for overall HR operations.A' Reporting to the HR Operations Manager this role will work in a highly collaborative environment to help shape operations strategy and execution, streamline processes, and serve as a subject matter expert on HR Operations needs.RESPONSIBILITIESAct as SME to HRBPs and managers on new hire, term, promotion, demotion, transfer, and other people transactions in Workday.Create and support training events for managers for HR transactions.Support the I-9 process.Process HR transactions while maintaining SOX and operational controls.Review and close out people transactions initiated from other areas of the business.Recommend and maintain audits of people transactions.Interpret and apply HR processes, programs, policies, and procedures.Recommend and champion related changes and enhancements.Support HR program management for relocation, tuition reimbursement, team member referral, service anniversary awards.Draft HR process related employee communications.Support immigration processes, coordinating between employees with visas, HRBPs, and Legal.Develop and maintain positive working relationships across the business.Support projects within the HR Operations team.Perform testing in Workday to ensure appropriate end results for system changes related to HR transactions.Assess current and potential processes for automation opportunities.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree preferredPrevious experience in a fast-paced administrative environment is essential5+ years of human resources experience.Great flexibility and ability to progress a high volume of work under tight deadlines.High level of organizational ability, juggling conflicting priorities within a time pressured environment.Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work to agreed appropriate performance metricsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to maintain confidentialityAbility to work independently with limited directionExcellent customer service skills and ability to communicate (written and verbal) with all levels of organization, both internal and externalCORPORATE BENEFITSA' Because we want our team members to bring us theirA' veryA' best every day,A' we believe they deserveA' the right opportunities and benefits.A' That's why we packed ourA' comprehensive benefits package for full-A' and some part-timers with:A' A' Health and wellbeing options forA' team members and theirA' dependentsA' Up to 4% matching 401(k)A' Tuition reimbursementA' Continuing educationBonus eligibleA' Paid time offA' Paid volunteer timeA' A' And moreA' A' #LI-AH1
