We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator, Client Services for our Washington, DC office. The Project Coordinator will support large computer-based statewide testing programs.Job Requirements: Triage, track, and manage the communications around escalated Help Desk cases, with a goal of improving response times and providing clarity about the nature of issues and their statuses. Effectively and professionally communicate critical information to internal and external stakeholders; work closely with the Help Desk, members of the software development team, Program Managers, and other Project Coordinators to coordinate responses. Participate in User Acceptance Testing of systems to learn CAI's technology and understand state-specific configurations. Produce reference materials for inclusion in the Help Desk KnowledgeBase; provide training on the online testing system's functionality and features to internal and external staff as appropriate. Participate in internal meetings and meetings with clients; prepare agendas, official meeting minutes, issues logs/tracking documents, and other project management artifacts as needed. Coordinate logistics for cross-program initiatives and training sessions- Assist with proposal development activities. Bachelor's degree required; additional education preferred. 2-4 years of relevant work experience Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and excellent attention to detail. Strong writing skills. Experience with databases, capturing/tracking information as it flows through various systems, and/or communicating technical information to laypersons is desired. Ability to work independently on detailed assignments. Experience with MS Office applications
