For more information, please visit: ResponsibilitiesA successful applicant will be required to oversee and support the delivery of highly scalable web and desktop software solutions in the Financial Crime and Fraud technology space as follows:Supervise and lead teams in delivering innovative technology solutions Design, coding, and support of web and desktop software applicationsFull stack development including cloud environments and microservices architecture Innovate and explore new technologies with proof of concept prototyping for scalability, reliability, and reusabilityInfluence technical direction and keep up to date on industry trendsUnderstand general value, purpose, and limits of business-applied technology and how to use it appropriately and effectively to solve business problemsWork in an agile environment and collaborate across sprint teams that are geographically dispersedPrepare clear and thorough functional and technical design documents involving applicable use cases and design protocols to ensure clear understanding of development work to deliver related requirementsCollaborate with multiple groups including AML subject-matter experts, technology teams, operations, test teams, third-party vendors, et al. to ensure alignment to requirements and processes to deliver successful solutionsTake responsibility for improving functionality, quality, and efficiency in use of tools, processes, concepts, and methodsDesign application-data architecture to ensure a strong and flexible information base QualificationsPreferred:Case Management experienceAML Compliance experience1+ years of experience in the financial industryBuilding cloud native solutionsBig Data and associated toolsDatabases, information processing, and related technologyMicro-servicesExperience with variety of testing frameworksRequired:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or technology-related field6+ years of total relevant work experience as an Application Architect/Systems IntegratorAbility to facilitate the gathering and communication of requirements Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and logical skills and attention to detailAbility to interact with cross-functional teams and lead them for functional area Expert level on C#/.NET technologiesStrong knowledge of design patternsMS SQL, NOSQLHTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQueryExperience working with cloud technologies (Azure preferred)A' Additional RequirementsThe successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.
