Responsibilities The DoD Strategic Communications & Change Management Lead helps clients optimize all elements of their finance organization, including operating model design, sustainable cost reduction, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, financial systems architecture, and full-scale finance transformation. Responsible for providing supporting change management, strategic communications tasks, human capital development/training and process improvement Leading teams for complex work streams and/or specialized in accounting and financial management Reviewing all documentation prepared by more junior personnel Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university 9 years experience supporting the following: Leading change management projects Knowledgeable in Federal Accounting Standards and Advisory Board, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and other Federal and DoD laws, regulations, and policies Performing financial statement audits, audit readiness services or audit remediation and sustainment services within DoD or another Federal Government agency or department Active Secret Clearance Additional Requirements The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.
