Job Summary/Company:
Our client, a real estate investment trust, is looking for a diligent Leasing Coordinator to support various administrative tasks for the asset management team. Qualified individuals will bring at least 3 years of administrative experience, with a background in commercial leasing highly preferred.
This position will be 100% on site.

Responsibilities:
  • Effectively maintain calendars and schedule appointments with prepared packages for leasing meetings and tours.
  • Arrange travel and prepare expense reports as needed.
  • Coordinate events, meetings, lunches, conference calls.
  • Coordinate coding and payment of invoices to brokers and other vendors timely and accurately.
  • Analyze problems, determine approach, compile data and prepare reports and recommendations.
  • Contact company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information.
  • Execute special research and data analysis tasks as requested.
  • Maintain and prepare spreadsheets, graphs and presentations as requested.
  • Proactively engage with Asset Managers and leasing reps to capture information used for the preparation of letters of intent (LOI) and proposals.
  • Maintain deal assumptions in the leasing system

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 3 years' administrative experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) required
