Sparks Group is partnered with the Nations leading, Non Profit Pharmaceutical organization. Currently we are seeking an expert in mission driven, Talent Acquisition. We're seeking an exceptional recruiter to join our team. Our new team member will lead their hiring managers through the full lifecycle of recruiting for a variety of professional, technical, scientific, and administrative positions.
Responsibilities:
- Partnership with business leaders and hiring managers to effectively source, recruit, evaluate, interview, and select top talent to meet the organization's talent needs.
- Lead and participate in Talent Acquisition/HR projects that will strengthen organizational offerings and enhancing the branding as an employer of choice.
- Have strong relationship management and networking skills, be acutely customer-focused, articulate, and demonstrate initiative in all aspects of work.
- Ability to use sound judgment, organizational awareness and sharp interviewing/assessment skills are necessary for success in sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates who possess necessary qualities.
- A keen desire to ensure our candidates have excellent interactions in every way at every stage is paramount.
- Bachelor's Degree relating to the industry and relative job duties
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Access, Outlook, & Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience with corporate Talent Acquisition
- High attention to detail
- 5+ years of relative recruiting experience
