For more information, please visit: .ResponsibilitiesThe SAP/ERP Consultant - Army GFEBS Business Analyst will: Serve as a workstream lead within a General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Project Management Office Provide subject matter expertise and over-the-shoulder support in GFEBS Financial, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Cost Management and Funds Management modules Recommend solutions for processing deobligations in GFEBS for aged unliquidated obligations (ULOs) that are no longer valid Develop and provide client training to resolve Unmatched Transactions, clear invoice discrepancies, and resolve erroneous intermediate documents Develop tools to isolate and investigate potential causes of financial imbalances for the GFEBS Solution by leveraging federal financial management and SAP expertise with enterprise-level analytics and data visualization expertise Develop and maintain accounting reports that monitor spend trends by activity and object class QualificationsRequired Active Secret Clearance or above. Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or another related field from an accredited college or university Minimum of five years of experience in supporting financial management, business process reengineering, data analytics, or financial management systems implementation initiatives Demonstrated thorough knowledge of SAP modules (including but not limited to: MM, FM, FI, CM) as a functional team member in consulting, designing, implementing and contributing SAP application-based solutions Exhibit extensive understanding with SAP Financials functionality Knowledge of the Department of the Army Financial, Logistics, and Acquisition Systems and Processes Knowledge or experience supporting the Joint Reconciliation Programs (JRP) tri-annual review to reconcile COED, Unmatched Transactions (UMTs), or Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs). Demonstrates abilities and success with identifying and addressing client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of firm services; preparing concise, accurate documents Excellent written and verbal communications skills with a demonstrated ability to make difficult concepts easy to understand Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work Must be organized, self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast paced and dynamic work environment Demonstrated ability to excel both independently and as a team member in a lively, collaborative environment Desired Experience with using Microsoft SharePoint portal sites and providing document management support Possess an acute awareness of organizational cultures and political savvy Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, MS Project, MS Office and Excel Additional RequirementsThe successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.Disclaimer About Guidehouse Guidehouse is an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
