The senior compensation analyst will be responsible for assisting in the overall design, development, and administration of compensation program!Job Responsibilities: Advise on company's compensation philosophy, practices, and programs; conduct in-depth analysis to provide compensation expertise and support to management, Talent Acquisition, and Finance.Administer annual merit and bonus awards, including updating compensation structures, merit salary matrix, guidelines, and tools.Evaluate jobs, determine salary ranges, and educate management on appropriate job classification and profile.Conduct market assessments for the development of pay equity and market adjustments.Maintain/update job profiles, salary ranges, compensation grades, merit matrix, and guidelines; partner with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and HRIS to ensure accuracy of compensation data in Workday.Ensure effective communication/promotionof the company's compensation programs and practices to HR, Finance, management, employees & candidates.Develop and maintain metrics and reporting.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
