Well established relationship network with placement agencies/vendors to assist with recruitment process. . Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions. . Conduct full life cycle recruiting for active and passive technical talent on a national level. . Leverage Social Networking for recruiting IT talent and utilize social sites like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, GitHub etc. to hire passive and active candidates. . Write and send customized recruiting emails with current employment openings to the passive candidates. . Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications. . Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process. . Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products . Performs other related duties as assigned. . Promote the reputation of the company for being an extraordinary workplace. THE QUALIFICATIONS . Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter with a very strong sub-vendor network . Hands-on experience with various interview formats (eg phone, Skype and structured) . Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles . Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases . Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (eg social media recruiting and Boolean search) . Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. . Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment . Attention to detail and strong analytical skills, in addition to a passion for client service and recruitment . Desire to succeed coupled with a "can do" attitude . Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Bachelor's degree in related technical and/or human resources field required.
