The Position: Due to continual growth, we have need for a Customer Service Meter Reader. You will be responsible for driving to customer sites (businesses) in order to obtain meter readings. Meter Readings are the number of prints or copies a company has made on their office equipment such as copiers and printers. The selected individual will need to be customer service oriented as they will be interacting with customers daily. Duties: Monitor missing meter reports and obtain missing meters Send manual meter requirements Obtain meter reading via calling, reviewing websites, emailing, and traveling to customer sites Monitor reports for errors and work with other departments to automate customers' meter collectionJob Requirements:Mentoring other field service engineersProvide guidance to other field technicians and field service engineersProvide technical support to field service techniciansReceive calls from customers for field service repairsCreate and submit weekly field service reportsMaking outbound phone calls with the objective to schedule field service appointments for the field service teamProvide support for field service techs, customer service, and inside salesProvide technical support to field staffAssign field technicians to service calls in regionEnsuring all field dispatches are updatedProviding excellent customer service to customersEvaluate and follow up on fieldEnsure that all field service technicians follow all governmental regulationsWork in the office or in the fieldComplete customer service sheets on MC-75Training new staff in field operations and equipment usageOrganize and maintain all records necessary for the field service techniciansPerform field promotion work and develop new accountsDispatching field service technicians to the appropriate location and on timeProvide world class service to field technicians, customers and business partners
