Dental Assistant Ashburn, VA MUST: 2+ years of Dental Assistant experience Must have Dental Software experience; Knowledge of Dentrix highly referred X-Ray Certified in VA is a plus Pediatric dentistry experience is a plus DUTIES: The Dental Assistant will be responsible for but not limited to the following: They will prepare and clean up the treatment areas, assist chair side with preparing and maintaining dental instrument. Provide oral and written treatment and oral hygiene instructions Take and develop panoramic x-rays and take intra and extra-oral photos Assist chair side with procedures and ensure the doctor's work schedule and patient flow smoothly between operations Take impressions accurately and according to training Prep rooms, stock, break down, and clean rooms Apply knowledge and ability regarding tray, instrument, equipment set-up and break down, management, and sterilization procedures Maintain equipment and sterilization of equipment Other Duties as assigned *Quadrant, Inc. is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
