ResponsibilitiesOur Cybersecurity consultants are a team of business integrators with extensive consulting and industry experience who help our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy through execution.A' A' The Business Analyst will help guide our clients in improving processes, products, services, and software. As a Senior Consultant on our team the Business Analyst would liaise between business teams to gather business requirements, validate rules, and stakeholder expectations for the cybersecurity solution. The analyst should have previous Identity, Credentialing, Access Management (ICAM) experience with prior experience supporting a large implementation effort. Other responsibilities of the Business Analyst include, but are not limited to, developing materials to support change management, strategic communications, and other end user support materials, conducting research documenting key aspects of data management workflows and system releases and preparing briefings and executive-level reports. QualificationsRequired:Minimum Experience: 5 yearsUS Citizenship required with active Secret clearanceMinimum Degree Required: Bachelor'sExperience establishing and maintaining dashboards (eg Excel, Tableau, etc.) and reportsProven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectivesDemonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appears to a wide audienceExperience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and deployment of IAM systemsExperience with serving Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or other Federal clients onsiteExperience making recommendations based on analysis of available IAM tools and developing organization strategy and roadmapsExperience developing and briefing materials and executive summaries on IAM architecture, implementation, and policyDesired:Knowledge or experience supporting projects related to PIV Credentialing Systems, IAM Architecture, Privilege Access Management, Identity Management, and other IAM solutionsExperience developing and providing training related to credentialing systems and processesKnowledge of physical and logical access control principlesProvide guidance and documentation for IAM-related security policies, procedures, and guidelinesCertified Scrum Master Certification (CSM) or Certified Smart Card Industry Professional/Government (CSCIP/G) Additional RequirementsThis position may require travelThe successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.
