As part of a high-performance, fast-moving, and collaborative GTM Operations team, your role as Quoting Analyst will support the Account Executives in executing Quote to Order deliverables to customers on time and with quality.

Main Responsibilities include
  • Support quote activities defined by Bookings policy requirements.
  • Identifying, troubleshooting and resolving issues in the ordering process.
  • Work with internal and external partners to monitor the order lifecycle and general health of customer orders
  • Serve as an escalation point for critical orders, issues or complex orders / renewals. Includes Account Executives to Regional Sales Leaders.
  • Participate in Opportunity to Order process optimization projects as Subject Matter Expert.
  • Collaborate with Deals Desk and Order Management to continuously track issues and improve quoting training and process.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3 years experience with Quoting, Pricing or Order Management processes.
  • Experience with case management systems
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
