Title: Clinical Research Recruiter (REMOTE) Duration: Direct Hire Location: Washington DC Responsibilities Participate in full lifecycle recruiting of top tier candidates, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback, and assisting candidates through offer negotiations and acceptance. Conduct introductory calls, behavioral-based interviews, and screening processes to select qualified candidates that best suit current needs. Perform reference checks. Support growth by recruiting talented professionals across a variety of roles and levels. Develop an evolving understanding of the company's culture, project pipeline, processes, protocols, and service lines to source, recruit, hire, and retain top talent while promoting a superior candidate experience. Collaborate with the Talent Manager and Hiring Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of current and future hiring needs. Work with the Talent Manager to develop effective, customized, position-specific recruitment strategies for each new requisition. Partner with hiring team and recruiting colleagues to create new or improve existing position descriptions that accurately reflect job duties and business requirements. Leverage existing resources (ATS, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify and source talent using best practices, company tools, and methodologies. Attend career fairs (virtual or in-person) as needed. Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidate pipelines and recruiting activities in appropriate trackers and databases with a focus on compliance and applicable regulations. Grow and build long-term relationships with qualified active and passive talent, being a resource beyond one position Keep up to date with industry trends and creative ways of enhancing position marketing efforts to attract top-quality candidates. Requirements Bachelor's degree with a strong record of academic performance is highly desired Minimum of 1-2 years of recruiting experience within the clinical research, regulatory affairs, pharmaceutical, MedTech, or similar industries is required. Experience and comfortability handling multiple open requisitions at one time. A high level of comfortability with making multiple phone and video calls each day. Attention to detail and the ability to work individually, within a multi-disciplinary team, as well as with external partners and vendors. Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines while working independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills and relationship building skills. Strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to develop an in-depth understanding of systems, business processes and complex issues. Enthusiasm, confidence, flexibility, creativity, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel) and internet applications. Ability to travel up to 10% to the Company's offices, career fairs, etc.
