As a nonprofit research institute, we are driven by impact, not shareholder value. We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with our groups on their hiring initiatives. This position will be remote anywhere within the US Duties & Responsibilities:* Develops, researches, and identifies prospective talent providing a pipeline of people. Manages tools, resources, and technologies in identifying talent.* Acts as a strategic partner to hiring managers.* Uses innovative, out-of-the-box thinking versus traditional reactive methods to identify and engage unique and/or passive candidates, and regularly manage pipeline activity.* Negotiates and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers.* Assist with the immigration process and administration as a liaison with immigration attorneys.* Partners with HR colleagues on organizational matters and Total Rewards strategies to provide a holistic ecosystem of support when recruiting internally and externally.* Supports diversity, equity and inclusion recruiting efforts to support our diversity mission.Qualifications:* Requires a BA/BS or equivalent with 7-10 years' full life cycle corporate recruiting experience.* Must have experience running entire recruiting cycle from sourcing to onboarding, utilizing continuous candidate engagement methods ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.* Must have technical recruiting experience in the R&D, Government Contracting or DoD space.* Experience with multiple sourcing techniques to identify qualified and a diverse pool of candidates.* College recruiting experience is advantageous.Intangibles:* Knowledge of all HR functional areas and how they interrelate with talent acquisition.* Excellent negotiation and closing skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity.* Ability to coach hiring teams on competency-based interviewing and candidate evaluation techniques.* Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including strong business writing capabilities and the ability to comfortably present to groups.
