About this Opportunity The Regulatory Relations Associate is primarily responsible for the identification, monitoring, tracking, and escalation of global regulatory policy developments pertinent to DTCC's businesses and global operations. The Regulatory Relations Associate will also assist as needed with regulatory supervisory matters, including examinations. What You'll Do Identify and analyze relevant rule filings, information requests, public meetings, and other actions of regulatory agencies, global standard setting bodies and the Administration for regulatory policy and supervisory developments pertinent to the Regulatory Relations team. Produce summaries, reports, and other written work product for internal dissemination. Produce briefing documents and presentations for meetings, conferences and other engagements. Assist in the coordination of examinations, requests for information, meetings and other regulatory engagements for DTCC's regulated subsidiaries. Facilitate meetings with regulatory agencies and management, including preparing key messages to present when working with regulators. Prepare and update documentation to track regulatory policy and supervisory work. Escalate relevant regulatory developments in a succinct and timely manner. Mitigate risk by following established procedures, spotting issues and demonstrating strong ethical behavior. Escalate appropriately. ** NOTE: Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. ** Sound Like You? Minimum of 4 years of related experience in the financial services industry in a regulatory or support and control function such as Legal, Compliance, Audit or Risk; regulatory/litigation experience at a law firm; and/or regulatory policy experience in a government relations function, trade association, or other policy position.
