Responsibilities Noblis ESI is seeking a Business Process Operations candidate for their Chantilly location: Noblis ESI is looking for a driven, strategic, passionate, and detail-oriented Business Process Operations candidate to join our workforce in direct support of a government customer. You will support government policy and strategy management, program advocacy, and orchestration of internal and external requests for information. The Business Process Operations candidate will: Provide government strategy support in accordance with policies, regulations, and procedures Support the government action tracking process through receipt, tasking, tracking and closure of all internal and external actions Coordinate and assess for accuracy draft responses to internal and external actions, correspondence, briefings, point papers, decision memorandums, and information papers Provide acquisition and policy support by advising on acquisition policy, processes, and requirements Develop, deliver, and present visual and multimedia presentations and program advocacy materials Provide records management support Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph Client Engagement Begin developing relationships one level up and two levels down. Identify and support opportunities to expand project scope beyond current deliverable and actively share information about clients' emerging support needs and trends with team members and management. Participate on proposals Qualifications Required Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of NRO or IC experience Must have SIGINT, GEOINT, and/or Multi-INT subject matter experience and knowledge of the supporting NRO architectures and capabilities Experience building and presenting program advocacy overviews and documentation Experience with the NRO TIER system to track and respond to office tasking Experience in program strategic planning, programmatics, technical capabilities, and budgeting Demonstrated ability to develop graphic visualizations and interpretations of novel business or technical concepts Must have an ability to research highly technical subject matter, organize information from multiple sources, and express technical information in a narrative and graphical form that is comprehensible to a wide audience Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and to work independently with minimal supervision Must be able to demonstrate excellent relationship building and management skills Expected to seek and assume higher levels of responsibility, manage time effectively across more than one initiative, and apply sound technical judgment Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph Desired Master's Degree and 8 years of experience in the NRO or IC Experience with graphical tools such as: PowerPoint, MS Visio, and Excel for graphs and charts Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work within software and database tools with metric tracking capabilities Overview Noblis and our wholly owned subsidiary, Noblis ESI, tackle the nation's toughest problems and apply advanced solutions to our clients' most critical missions.
