The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the overall success of branch sales, operations, financial position, market share growth, and area contribution. Job Requirements:Responsibilities and requirements will include but are not limited to: Assesses Branch area potential and develops annual branch business goals to ensure continued development of current business and the addition of new business. Direct Sales and assistance to both the outside and inside sales force. Responsible for branch yearly sales, gross profit, and net contribution forecast. Analyzes the Branch financial and operational performance, prepares budgets, oversees inventory control, and monitors expenditures to ensure compliance and alignment with financial goals. Proactively constructs strategies that create increasingly profitable sales. Lead, manage and develop all direct reports. Develops strong internal working relations creating partnerships to resolve conflicts between employees or departments. Sets and fosters the expectation of providing excellent customer service from self and all employees. Represents the company positively and is a role model for the company culture and values. Maintains and develops an existing sales territory. Bachelor's degree preferred. 5 years of industry outside and inside sales experience as well as operational experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Solid computer skills and usage of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and internet. Possession of a Class B CDL driver's license with hazardous material and tanker endorsements or the ability to obtain such within 3 months. Excellent driving record and if selected, ability to pass pre-employment screenings. Be a part of Roberts Oxygen.
