ResponsibilitiesThe DoD Strategic Communications & Change Management Analyst helps clients optimize all elements of their finance organization, including operating model design, sustainable cost reduction, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, financial systems architecture, and full-scale finance transformation.Responsible for providing supporting change management, strategic communications tasks, human capital development/training and process improvement QualificationsRequiredA' Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university3 years experience supporting the following:Facilitating and publishing federal financial management policiesKnowledgeable in Federal Accounting Standards and Advisory Board, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and other Federal and DoD laws, regulations, and policiesPerforming financial statement audits, audit readiness services or audit remediation and sustainment services within DoD or another Federal Government agency or departmentActive Secret ClearanceA' Additional RequirementsThe successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.
