As a cloud computing application architect, you know how to build a cloud-based technical architecture that meets client needs and takes advantage of cloud capabilities. We need you to help us develop cloud-based solutions for some of the DoD's toughest data analytics challenges. On our team, you'll create and evolve a highly-visible data analytics platform across all networks, using the latest cloud and vendor technologies as you look for ways to improve your client's environments. You'll lead efforts to incorporate open source tools, automation, cloud resources, Infrastructure as Code (IAC), and Security Orchestration Automation and Response (SOAR) to cut down on tedious, boring tasks and free up the team to do what they do best - innovate. Your technical expertise will be vital as you work with our other teams to inform strategy and design, ensuring standards are met throughout the cloud evolution process. You'll recommend tools and solutions based on your research of the current environment and knowledge of various on premise, cloud based, and hybrid resources. You'll also have leadership opportunities as your team helps the client overcome their most difficult challenges in the cloud.
