Vaco Richmond is recruiting for a company in the Greater Richmond Area that is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is excited about working with a diverse and energetic team.This candidate will have the opportunity to work for an international company with an established footprint here in Richmond, VA.Main responsibilities:Ability to process, verify, and reconciling invoices in an accurate and timely manner.Properly record sales and use tax based on applicable states and local jurisdictions.Audit and resolve AP purchasing and tax issues Respond and reconcile any issues with external vendors regarding all aspects of Accounts Payable.Monitor account balances, track expenses and prepare analyses of accounts.Qualifications:Minimum of 2-3 years of an accounting background.Ability to multi-task multiple high-volume accounts.Stong problem-solving skills and work ethics.Ability to work independently or with a team.
