* Duties Help Duties Summary The Management and Program Analyst will work to progressively assume the duties at the full performance level (FPL) of GS-14 serving as a liaison, senior analyst and advisor to management on a range of complex program activities including applying qualitative and quantitative methods to assess complex management processes, systems, and mission support programs. This position is located in the Small Business Administration, Office of Continuous Operation and Risk Management in Washington DC. Learn more about this agency Responsibilities * Serves as a project lead for two or more functional areas of Audit Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, Disaster Recovery and Preparedness, and Continuity of Operations. * Exercises critical leadership skills to formulate plans; develop communication networks to implement mission objectives; and form desired partnerships to execute initiatives, and evaluate results. * Participates with the senior management in the ongoing planning, execution and monitoring of all aspects of SBA resource programs and initiatives. * Identifies needs and opportunities for productive inter-and-intra-agency activities in order to accomplish SBA goals and objectives. * Convenes, coordinates or serves on ad hoc work groups composed of representatives to address from an SBA-wide perspective, special issues of particular importance. If selected, you may be permitted to temporarily telework from a location outside the official duty station described in this announcement. * Once employees are permitted to return to the office, you will be expected to report to the duty station listed in this announcement. At that time, you will be eligible to request telework in accordance with the SBA's telework and office policies. * This is a non-bargaining unit position. Qualifications In order to qualify for this , you must have: GS-13: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector in performing the following: (1) leading projects in at least two areas of audit compliance, enterprise risk management, disaster recovery and preparedness, and/or continuity of operation; (2) implementing resource programs related to organizational initiatives and areas of responsibility; (3) identifying and/or recommending changes for improvement on current policies or programs; (4) providing guidance and/or technical assistance to customers. Noncompetitive promotion to the FPL of GS-14 grade level is dependent upon assignment and successful performance of responsibilities at the GS-13 level, plus the incumbent meeting qualification requirements.
