Summary This position will support the daily cash management function including daily cash positioning and cash forecasting and will utilize expertise in treasury system functions to optimize these daily functions. The primary focus of this position is to assist in the maintenance of AARP's Treasury Management System Technology (FIS Global Integrity TWS) including the maintenance of system interfaces with the corporate ERP system (PeopleSoft); our banking partners such as Bank of America, JPM Chase, and BNY Mellon, and other Treasury technology providers such as the SGN STCM portal. The Treasury Management team relies on the TWS for key daily Treasury activities such as bank statement reporting, cash management and forecasting, payments, bank account management, user administration of financial transactions, debt management and bank fee analysis. A successful candidate will be able to execute technical and functional configurations in our TMS including but not limited to report and query creation; new account and entity setups; bank transaction mapping, and problem solving as well as look for improvements in utilization and efficiencies. Responsibilities * Supports the daily cash positioning function as part of the Treasury management team including monitoring bank balances and cash positions utilizing the TWS and related online banking programs * Supports the cash forecast model on a daily, weekly and monthly basis with data input and analysis; actively identifying areas of efficiency; assist with enhancements to the model such as robotic process automation * Assists with design, development, implementation, and tests the Treasury Management system, including participation in system enhancements, upgrades and new features * Validates and maintains data, mapping rules, accounting rules, administrative configurations, user setup and process flows within Treasury systems * Supports direct connectivity with internal and external financial partners using good knowledge of FTP/SFTP and web service to understand the integration between ERP, TWS and banking application * Supervise daily treasury system functionality, lead research and issue resolution * Primary support for TWS scheduler and critical daily interfaces such as the daily current and prior day bank files and the daily GL Interface file. * Work closely with business stakeholders to develop solutions based on business needs * Validate and maintain data, mapping rules, accounting rules, administrative configurations, user setup, and process flows within TWS * Facilitate and manage Treasury projects as needed including any ad-hoc requests Requirements * 5+ years of experience in Treasury Management or Treasury Systems management * Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent preferably in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Math or a related field; MBA, CTP a plus * Functional knowledge of core Treasury processes, including cash positioning, forecasting, bank account management, payments, and settlement * Functional knowledge of core Finance processes, including accounts payable, general ledger, payroll, and entity setup * Prior experience with FIS Integrity Treasury workstation implementations highly desired * Prior experience with Bank of America, JPMC, BNYM and Peoplesoft interface testing and implementation Compensation and Benefits AARP offers competitive benefits with a 401(k); 100% company-funded pension plan; health, dental, and vision plans; life insurance paid time off to include company and individual holidays, vacation, sick, caregiving, and parental leave; performance-based and peer-based recognition; tuition reimbursement; among others.
