Overall Responsibilities:

Provides administrative support to relieve and assist senior management.

Job Functions:
  • Conserves management's time by routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents.
  • Produces information by researching, retrieving, printing, copying and delivery.
  • Maintains appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings.
  • Plans, organizes and implements events, such as meetings, business luncheons, or client dinners.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Formats information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed.
  • Maintains an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
  • Welcomes guests by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries.
  • Makes travel and accommodation arrangements, as needed.

Skills/Experience Requirements:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling, organization, time management, travel logistics, administrative writing, reporting, and presentations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5+ years' administrative assistant experience.

Educational Requirements:

High school diploma. Administrative certifications, a plus.

The onsite work schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with 30 minutes for lunch.
