Position: PART TIME M-F 8:00 – 12:00  

Duties to include:  

  • Troubleshoot classroom interactive boards and ensure functionality for all classrooms 
  • Troubleshoot network issues and act as liaison between campus users and offsite network administrator 
  • Managing WiFi connectivity for all devices in all classrooms 
  • Managing student devices for 1:1 program (iPads,  MacBooks, Chromebooks) in grades Kindergarten through grade Eight

The ideal candidate will:  

  • Possess Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Systems and/or Computer Science 
  • Be a self starter and adapt to a variety of daily tasks 
  • Have at least 1-3 years progressive experience in a school setting 
  • Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting technical issues related to Windows OS, macOS, and iOS on various platforms - laptops, desktops, iPads, interactive whiteboards, and video conferencing equipment. 
  • Have knowledge of WiFi management, and network infrastructure 
  • Support school’s Information Services including audio/visual support, network support, telecommunications - VOIP system/application management, and troubleshooting 
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Have working knowledge of 21st century technology and applications in classroom environment as well as an office setting 
  • Have the ability to work effectively and communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization
