Description Program Manager (SEWP-21-0378-W): Bowhead seeks a Program Manager to support the NASA SEWP contract in Lanham, MD. The SEWP Program Office manages a suite of government-wide IT products and services contracts that enable NASA and all Federal Agencies to achieve their missions and strategic initiatives by providing streamlined access to critical technologies and solutions. The Program Manager shall provide the necessary resources to successfully perform requirements of the contract, planning and supporting a wide range of advanced Information Technology (IT), and customer services; and managing the Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) network. The scope of services to be provided by the contractor to include: Business Support, Program Level Support, Customer Support, Contract Holder Relationship Management, Procurement/Acquisition and Technical Support. Other duties to include: Single-point responsibility to Contract holder, CO, COR, Division Chief & Branch Heads and COO for successful management & day to day operations of technical, schedule and cost objectives. Responsibilities include interaction daily with the SEWP PMO and contractor staff, prepares program-level budget and financial baselines, selects subcontractors, executes agreements, collaborates with subcontractor executives, and monitors their performance. Requirements Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Technology Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related technical field. 10 + years of direct technical experience in the Aerospace environment working in two or more of the Major PM areas Ten Years of progressive experience in government contracting managing a 50+ person staff. Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) desirable but not required. SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have an active security clearance at the Top Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for a Top Secret clearance at this location.
