We are seeking Full-time back of House Team Members to work at our Northeast DC, Dakota Crossing Chick-fil-A location Available Shift(s): 5AM-2PM & 2PM- Close, Must have open availability with the ability to work Fridays and Saturdays Pay Rate: Starting at $15.25 per Hour Responsibilities: Responsible for the preparation of food and products Assist with stocking needs for front and back of the house Assist leadership in executing restaurant opening or closing procedures Responsible for reading monitors and building orders Understanding the business flow and ensuring there is enough food to meet demand, communicating product needs to the team Maintain a clean and sanitary work area Prepare and cook chicken products, set all timers when the chicken products are removed from the Henny Penny pressure cookers Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment Communicates food needs to those at the Boards and the Breader producing products within Chick-fil-A quality standards working together with the front of house team Responsible for cooking, salting and boxing Waffle Potato Fries Ensuring a clean storefront, removing garbage and debris Retrieving needed items and products from dry storage, coolers or freezers Willing to assist in other stations in the front of house or back of house, such as monitor the dining room, or working the drive thru window as needed All other duties as assigned Requirements: Must have a Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected Must be extremely customer service-oriented with a courteous and friendly demeanor 1 years of food handling/ food preparation experience knowledgeable on basic food safety guidelines Must be 18 or older Must have open availability, with the ability to work Fridays and Saturdays Must be comfortable in a kitchen environment Must be able to effectively multitask Must be able to frequently work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace when completing tasks Must be Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic Must have a Positive attitude Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members, both verbally and in written form Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.25 per hour Powered by JazzHR
