That's where you come in We are currently seeking a professional, highly motivated Showroom Manager to oversee our North Bethesda Showroom. If you have a passion for direct-to-consumer sales, business development, creative strategy, problem solving, and motivating people, the Showroom Manager role may be a good fit for you.Position Summary:As the Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing the experience of clients and driving profitable sales of appliances by leading and supervising the sales team, achieving the collective goals for your location, maintaining the ABW standards, coordinating activities, trainings and events, overseeing the showroom to maintain a clean, orderly and well-merchandised sales floor, and provide assistance to the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience between showroom visit and product installation.Essential Functions:Deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales leadsConsult with showroom guests and call-ins to answer questions and educate customers about appliance brandsDisplay and/or demonstrate product in showroomAggregate and distribute showroom traffic and performance analyticsEvent ManagementWork with Marketing and Sales team to develop showroom event strategies and cadence.Plan and coordinate event elements, as well as manage and attend the showroom eventsReview and compile event results and conduct follow-up activitiesLead presentations or training sessions related to the showroom and/or brands offered within the showroomShowroom ManagementEnsure that all displays are current and in good working orderMaintain showroom for cleanliness and neatness to ensure a favorable and welcoming setting for all customersResponsible for taking the appropriate action and contacting those needed to resolve showroom environment concerns (ie product repairs, IT issues, electrical issues, etc.)Various other administrative duties including but not limited to providing administrative support for the showroom sales team and upper management, willingness to travel to other local showrooms for coverage if needed, etc.. Requirements: Prior high-end appliance sales and management experience strongly preferred or 3+ years sales experience is required.Ability to work across department lines, manage time and people.Ability to manage client's expectations efficiently and effectively.Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.Ability to Multi-task and have solid organizational skills.Position Details:Job Type: Full-TimeSchedule: M-F, rotating SaturdaysBase Salary: $55,000 - $65,000Additional Compensation: Bonus program based on store sales, manufacturer spiffs, etc. Benefits: Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k with employer match, short-term and long-term disability, paid leave (vacation, personal, and some holidays), and more.
