This is not an opportunity for someone that wants to come into work, get their paycheck, and go home. The typical schedule for a GM is 5 days a week, and that includes most Saturdays and Sundays from early morning until late afternoon, but this could be extended if there are early catering orders or later spirit night. Normal team member hours are 6am-4pm every day. You are the operator for the store, so even when you aren't there, you have ownership of what happens. Our goal is for you to develop a great team that you trust to lead the store when you're not there so you can still enjoy time off with family and friends! We are looking for Leaders who are able to relocate across the Southeast as we continue to expand and open new store. Come grow with us! General Manager Operates one of our community stores Serves their community Spends most of their day on the floor engaging with guests Ensures the team is staying on track, meeting ticket times, treating each other with grace, and serving consistent food Ensures the store is immaculately clean Hires, leads and develops a team Is a gracious leader Ensures Cost of Goods and Labor Numbers are met and commits to making the store a sustainable business Gets a base salary and a percentage of the store profits Job Requirements:Resolve all guest complaints to customer satisfactionMaintaining a clean restaurant with excellent quality food and customer serviceConduct onboarding and off boarding activities and follows through with outstanding employee documentation to ensure complianceInvestigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality or service when general manager beDirect restaurant operations with responsibility for guest service, brand standards execution and employee trainingLead the entire restaurant staffInterviewing/hiring, food ordersManage the restaurant to meet company standards in food quality, food safety, and cleanlinessEnsure all food safety proceduresOverseeing all restaurant and catering operationsMeet labor and food cost goalsManage food and beverage/banquet operations to ensure food quality, customer service and cost controlsMeeting the restaurant's P&LIncrease restaurant and retail salesEnsure quality of food and customer serviceFollow up to ensure guest satisfactionEnsure all employees follow inventory and cash control proceduresPerforming administrative duties including payroll, inventory, food ordering, proper cash handlingMonitoring daily activities to ensure quality food and cleanliness standardsEnsure all customers receive quality customer service from company employees
