Business Development Manager-Cyber Job Category: Business Development and Marketing Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 25% Type of Travel: Local What You'll Get to Do: CACI International has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive to provide Business Development Leadership and Account Management for our growing CACI/LGS Cyber business. The manager of Business Development is involved in the development and execution of an overall growth strategy, pipeline generation, and new business awards targeted at growing NSA and CYBERCOM customers' cyber initiatives. Primary focus will be on the identification, development, qualification, and capture of large, strategic opportunities, valued at over $100M each, while building and maintaining a qualified pipeline of >$75M in annual opportunities. More About The Role: * Be responsible for winning new business associated with NSA and CYBERCOM customers focused on Cyber Solutions. * Develop, maintain, and continually progress a pipeline of strategically relevant business opportunities aligned with the LGS top priority Cyber opportunities. * Provide strategic direction and leadership; develop comprehensive account plans; identify and qualify new business opportunities. * Establish relationships with key clients and stakeholders and be comfortable with supporting client meetings and events. Execute and manage the transition from business opportunity through proposal development to award and participation as an independent evaluator in all major proposal reviews to ensure continuity from capture to proposal delivery. * Collaborate with partner companies and other CACI Sectors to develop winning teaming strategies, support competitive analysis, develop prices analysis and bid winning solutions. * Develop reports, briefings, and other management materials to support Executive Management decision making. * Brief pursuit Milestone Reviews and IPRs to Sector Executive Leadership and other CACI Senior Executive Management Team members. * Work with sales, marketing and potential customers to determine their needs. * Develop and disseminate information on a continuous basis to all pertinent parties concerning the fulfillment of sector business growth goals and objectives. You'll Bring These Qualifications: * 12+ years of IC, DoD, or Federal experience, with at least 8 years of business development in the Cyber market. * Have a strong network of NSA and CYBERCOM customer contacts and must be familiar with the customer's major programs and upcoming initiatives * The candidate should have a working knowledge of the Federal procurement process, and a demonstrated proficiency with Intelligence and Department of Defense strategy and acquisition plans. * Knowledge of the NSA and CYBERCOM budget preparation and execution process. * Demonstrated ability to execute the business development function with minimum supervision. * Effective leader/participant in formal presentations to clients and potential teaming partners; proven track record of building winning teams as well as successfully negotiating with potential team members as to roles and participation. * Detailed insight into IC and DoD current and future programs is strongly desired. * Must resides near customer location * Formal training in the Shipley capture process is strongly desired. * Strong written and oral communication skills. * Bachelor's degree is desired. * Current TS/SCI required * TS/SCI Poly is desirable Required Attributes: * Proven passion for and ability to develop and win work. * Commitment to a winning team * Ability to contribute to strategy development, long-range positioning. and execution What We Can Offer You: * We've been named a Best Place to Work by the Washington Post. * Our employees value the flexibility at CACI that allows them to balance quality work and their personal lives. * We offer competitive benefits and learning and development opportunities. * We are mission-oriented and ever vigilant in aligning our solutions with the nation's highest priorities. * For over 55 years, the principles of CACI's unique, character-based culture have been the driving force behind our success.
