Job Summary TheExecutive Assistant to the President will provide administrative support to theHospital President, Vice President/CFO, and Board of Directors. This individualwill also provide informational support for evaluation or resolution ofregulations, procedures and practices. The Executive Assistant will serve asthe liaison for the President to work with the Board of Directors, staffassociates, special committees, patients and any other customers seekingassistance from the office of the President. Responsibilities also include, specificwork projects assigned relative to hospital-wide operations or specificdepartment needs. Minimum Qualifications Education/Training Bachelor#s degree, preferably in Business Administration or health related field; Master#s degree preferred. # Experience 5 or more years progressively responsible related experience. # License/Certification/Registration N/A # Knowledge, Skills # Abilities Excellentverbal and written communication skills. Well organized self starter. Abilityto handle multiple tasks and competing priorities simultaneously. Attention todetail. Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality. Ability to actindependently and problem solve. Professional demeanor. Strong workingknowledge of Microsoft Office software applications. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Contributes to the achievement of established department goals and objectives and adheres to department policies, procedures, quality standards and safety standards. Complies with governmental and accreditation regulations.## Administers the office budget and payroll. Orders equipment and supplies. Prepares check requests for payment of purchases of supplies and services. Maintains paid files of vendors utilized by MNRN Administration. Coordinates the President#s expense reports and reimbursements. Assists the CFO in preparation of the fiscal year budget process and issuance of monthly financial statements.# Collaborates with the President on the overall operation of the administrative suite. Supervises student interns, volunteers, and other administrative staff assigned to the Office of the President.# Composes and reviews routine and complex correspondence for the President, VP/CFO, and Board of Directors.# Coordinates preparations for all meetings to include board meetings and other board and hospital activities. Serves as administrative liaison for the Board of Directors.# Coordinates seminars and travel plans for the President and Board. Arranges special events such as holiday parties and dinner meetings, and assists with evening events, banquets, and receptions, etc. Coordinates special arrangements for VIP guests of the hospital.# Coordinates the President and VP/CFO#s appointment schedules, screens telephone calls, processes mail and deliveries, and processes payroll.# Participates in multidisciplinary quality and service improvement teams as appropriate. Participates in meetings, serves on committees and represents the department and hospital/facility in community outreach efforts as appropriate.## Performs other duties as assigned.#06022021
