Who You'll Be Working With: The Sr. Healthcare Project Analyst, Performance Solutions will support a portfolio of performance solutions initiatives to help New Century Health (NCH) achieve its strategic and financial goals. As a member of the Performance Solutions group, this key team member will collaborate closely with the Director of Process Excellence as well as the New Century Health leadership team to design and implement high priority initiatives. What You'll Be Doing: * Managing high priority performance solutions initiatives through all phases of design and execution, including post-go-live tracking, to realize New Century Health's strategic and financial goals for cross departmental initiatives * Developing and maintaining project management processes, tools, and templates for Performance Solutions initiatives * Using knowledge and available data to help facilitate the identification and solution design for key performance initiatives * Collaborating with peers and other teams to gather requirements and develop action plans to complete time sensitive projects * Facilitating the identification of project impacts across all business areas. The Experience You'll Need (Required): * Bachelor's degree * 3-5 years of healthcare Analyst/PM and/or healthcare consulting experience * Strong project management skills with a history of taking initiative and effectively managing projects and processes * History of superior performance across educational and professional settings * Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills * Outstanding written and oral presentation skills Finishing Touches (Preferred): * Previous health care experience, preferably in one of more of the following areas: provider systems, health plans, payer contracting, bundled payments, risk model and/or ACOs/ CINs * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) * Six Sigma training or PMP project management certification * Ability to understand and identify delivery risks and develop mitigation strategies * Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize simultaneously * Absolute integrity and strong, hands-on work ethic Technical requirements: Currently, Evolent employees work remotely temporarily due to COVID-19. As such, we require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 MBPS and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.
