Position: Associate Manager Behavioral Health Clinical Services Location: Arlington, VA office Shift: Monday - Friday 11am - 7:30pm * Shifts beginning after 12pm are eligible to receive a shift differential The Associate Manager Behavioral Health Clinical Services provides oversight of the behavioral health clinical call center representatives who provide 24/7 Behavioral Health and Employee Assistance services to approximately 10 million lives to support our Military One Source contract. Military One Source offers all active-duty service members and their family non-medical counseling services free of charge, such as stress management, decision making, communication, grief, blended-family issues, and parenting-skills. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: * Provides day-to-day oversight, including benching of cases with staff, auditing to monitor efficiency and compliance with policies, and conducting daily rounds. * Facilities and participates in staff training. * Acts as a liaison with internal departments. * Assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures. * Participates in staff meetings and clinical conferences. * Ensures that performance guarantees are met or exceeded. * Interfaces with external and internal customers to ensure optimal efficiency of service. * Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
