Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a Philanthropy Coordinator who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

The Philanthropy Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring meaningful stewardship and engagement of donors at all levels. This will include implementing and improving the current engagement plan and enhancing stewardship for major donors.

• Implement the stewardship engagement matrix, ensuring donors at each level receive appropriate communications, receipts, reports and invitations.
• Collaborate with the Philanthropy team across Adventist HealthCare to automate low touch stewardship for assigned and unassigned donors and prospects.
• Design and implement an employee giving campaign that builds awareness about the power of philanthropy to advance our mission while providing an opportunity for employees to make financial contributions.
• Oversee the planning and execution of the annual President's Circle of Friends Stewardship Event, a system-wide gathering of donors to celebrate their generosity and impact on the community.
• In consultation with the philanthropy team, manage select fundraising events and corporate engagement opportunities.
• Manage a portfolio of mid-level donors and prospects.

Qualified candidates will possess:
• Bachelor's (2 years of experience in similar role can be substituted for degree)
• 3-5 years of related experience
• Knowledge of fundraising and designation of funds
• Understanding of and commitment to the Donor Bill of Rights
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and follow through on assignments, projects and policies
• Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of tasks productively with attention to detail

Work Schedule:
