CFC has a need for a Financial Training Associate in the CRG - Events & Training group. In this position you will support the Financial Analysis & Education team in the design, development, coordination, facilitation and delivery of large and small scale training events and special projects, with a particular focus on e-learning programs and performance support tools As a Financial Training Associate, you will: A cents € cents Independently author and develop scoped ILT, vILT, eLearning training courses and performance support tools from scripting to detailed storyboarding to development utilizing input from SMEs. A cents € cents Create digital assets for e-learning programs, including animated slides, diagrams, interactive exercises, and assessments using Adobe Captivate and other e-learning authoring tools. A cents € cents Facilitate and coordinate delivery of content across multiple platforms (on-site, remote and digital). A cents € cents Create and administer learning plans, programs and courses within Adobe Captivate Prime or future Learning Management System (LMS). A cents € cents Manage user permission and member enrollment into the correct training curricula for a given product or learning path. A cents € cents Develop, maintain and track all courses, materials and events within the LMS. A cents € cents Define and develop progress reports for training market penetration and impact. A cents € cents Work with stakeholders to determine and define enhancements to the LMS environment and work with vendors to implement potential improvements. A cents € cents Maintain an advanced understanding of current trends in the learning & development industry. A cents € cents Respond to training-related questions and support requests from our members. Job Requirements:To be successful, you will need: A' A cents € cents Bachelor's degree in learning technology, digital design, communications or related field. A cents € cents 3 years of e-learning experience OR content development experience in the utility industry. A cents € cents preferred.A' A cents € cents Experience with writing, multi-media design and content development across a variety of platforms desired. A cents € cents Familiarity with NASBA accreditation requirements desired.A' A cents € cents Self-starter and problem solver with the ability to work independently and as a member of a team.A' A cents € cents Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.A' A cents € cents Strong knowledge of traditional and modern training methods and techniques. A cents € cents Basic understanding of electric utility industry and financial concepts.A' A cents € cents Intermediate knowledge of LMS and web delivery tools.A' A cents € cents Strong project management skills. A cents € cents Advanced MS office skills and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
