The Recruiting Manager manages Worldgate's Recruiting organization. The Recruiting manager is responsible for designing and managing the recruiting processes, working directly with customers, and supervising the recruiting team. The recruiting manager ensures the recruiting team supports the Sales team in the delivery of qualified consultants to our end clients and that Worldgate's recruitment processes are documented, efficient and cost effective. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop, own, and manage the recruiting department Own and manage the recruiting handbook and drive process improvements Own and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting vendors Direct liaison to the Worldgate Sales and Delivery team Responsible for sourcing quality people and managing candidate relationships and bench Manage the Worldgate staffing contracts and vendor management systems (VMS) Manage job requisitions and recruiter priorities and document processes Evaluate and interview candidate to ensure position requirements have been met and submit qualified resources to sales team or client hiring managers Identify creative sources for recruiting resources, such as job fairs, associations, community organizations, technology groups, government agencies, vocational/technical schools, colleges and universities. Control and monitor job postings and job requisitions on the company's website and external job sites Actively build networks using social online tools to build candidate pipeline Adhere to all AA, EEO and other regulatory practices Responsible for understanding Worldgate's values and behaviors (The Worldgate Way) Ensure that daily interactions with Worldgate internal and external parties align to Worldgate's values and behaviors.KEY COMPETENCIES:Communication Organizational Skills Time ManagementEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & CERTIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience. 5 - 10 years of talent acquisition/full life-cycle recruiting experience recruiting for both non-exempt and exempt level roles. 5+ years' experience using recruiting tools and application tracking systemsSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:Demonstrate knowledge of full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, networking and interviewing Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with recruiting and applicant tracking systems Knowledge of HR processes and employment laws Self-directed and able to manage multiple tasks and competing prioritiesSDL2017
