About the Role MotoRefi is looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and expansion of our auto insurance offerings. Our refinancing capabilities help our customers save on their auto loans, and we are expanding these saving opportunities into auto insurance as well! As a MotoRefi Product team member, this person will work directly with the VP of Product to integrate auto insurance across our product experiences.This role will:Define a vision for how auto-insurance is worked into the MotoRefi product suite, crafting strategy and execution Interface with industry, operational, and technical experts to lead our strategy around auto insurance Define and manage a product roadmap, synthesizing inputs, rigorously prioritizing, and communicating delivery to key stakeholders and the wider business Pair with an Engineering Manager and lead a pod of engineers to scope and deliver both the backend and frontend capabilities to offer insurance across our various digital product experiences Pair with Product Design to bring your product vision to life for both external and internal users Collaborate and coordinate with other Product Managers to best integrate insurance capabilities across our ecosystem About You We want to hear from you if you love bringing new capabilities to market and tackling fresh challenges in a fast-paced environment.
