You'll lead budget analysts to build an actionable plan for the digital transformation of our client's system and enable our client to secure the funding needed to achieve their goals. As a financial analysis expert, you'll leverage your expertise in laws, regulations, and policies to help your client develop well-formed requirements. Once the funding is in place, you'll make sure the funding is used efficiently through your team's consistent tracking and communication with project management, task leads, and the client. You Have:Experience in interfacing with mid- and senior-level Navy leadershipExperience with the Navy's Planning Programing, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) cycleAbility to prioritize workload and manage delivery team effectivelySecret clearanceBA or BS degree Nice If You Have:8+ years of experience with leading, planning, analyzing, and implementing IT programsExperience with OPNAV as military, civilian, or contractor staffKnowledge of the Program Budget Information System (PBIS) and the PBIS-IT systemsKnowledge of DoD HR Systems Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
