In this role you would work with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff as part of the IT department. Your responsibilities would be to assist with all software and hardware issues, including investigate and resolve software and hardware problems, serve as vendor contact, assist with one on one user training, build firm standard PC's laptops, and maintain Blackberrys, iPhones, Androids and iPads.
