As the VP of Product Management, you will grow, coach, and lead a team in a startup environment to implement NPI processes, product vitality metrics, product control processes and deliver against product financials. In this role you will:A cents € cents Develop, hire, and coach a high-performance product team. A cents € cents Lead a diverse global team of product managers to ensure financial outcomes (product P&L) are achieved. A cents € cents Implement common new product introduction (NPI), product vitality metrics, sustaining product processes and product control processes. A cents € cents Work closely with technology, sales, and other functional leadership to put a framework around a product roadmap process and publish a product roadmap valuable for sales, technology, and executive leadership. A cents € cents Lead resource allocation and prioritization to ensure optimized ROI for company investment in product line development. A cents € cents Set and control product cost targets and migrating the company to market backed pricing strategies. A cents € cents Work closely with the manufacturing and supply chain teams in both new product development and product fulfillment. A cents € cents Engage with external and internal stakeholders regarding Company's strategy, product plans, supply chain management and manufacturing footprint. A cents € cents Update our board of directors and to oversee a productive operational flow between the product, marketing, growth and regional teams. As an ideal candidate you have the following qualifications: A cents € cents Masters in Engineering (or equivalent ) or Business A cents € cents 15+ years of experience developing products in the industrial, energy or software space A cents € cents Prior experience leading product management teams A cents € cents Proven track record growing and leading teams Desired qualifications: A cents € cents Entrepreneurial spirit in bringing new products into market and scaling up business A cents € cents Demonstrated capability to handle a portfolio of products each at varying levels of maturity in terms of market readiness A cents € cents Proven capability in realizing product level P&L metrics in prior roles. A cents € cents Demonstrated ability to realize cost targets at product portfolio level.
