We are looking for a passionate Sr. Talent Manager to drive Revature's Corporate Recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be able to align business objectives with talent acquisition to strategically build a talent pool. The Sr. Talent Manager will be responsible for taking Revature's internal recruitment efforts to the next level and ensuring a great employee and manager experience across all programs, and for driving consistency and continual process improvement across the team to deliver seamless service to the business. RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive internal talent acquisition including sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and supporting Revature's recruiting life cycle to meet corporate and internal team goals Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering a positive environment Develop and manage a diverse pipeline of high quality technical/IT and non-technical candidates for current and future needs Find creative ways to improve existing recruiting initiatives around finding top talent and providing an exceptional candidate experience Promote the Revature brand and create a positive experience for our employees and candidates Attend networking events and develop social media and event-based recruiting opportunities Manage various HR related programs in support of onboarding, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, and overall talent effectiveness. Manage the onboarding program to ensure engagement of new hires in their first 90 days Organize and lead programs, talent events, employee recognition and other engagement initiatives to increase organizational effectiveness. Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and HR laws by ensuring completion of new hire paperwork, background checks, I-9, tax and payroll related forms, benefits and timely enrollment, wage changes, terminations, garnishments, and unemployment when necessary. Provide HR management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending company policies and procedures. Collaborate with company department heads to create and store job descriptions for all positions in the organization Maintain the highly confidential nature of HR work and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization Other duties as assigned REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of workforce planning and full life-cycle hands-on recruiting experience 5+ years of technical recruiting experience Expertise in traditional HR functions: benefits, talent acquisition, career planning, performance management, coaching, compensation and rewards, organizational development, employee relations, training and development, strategic development, AA/EEO/OFCCP compliance, and employment law. Ability to meet a growing IT organization's talent needs Proven record of developing and tapping into a network of potential candidates Experience partnering with hiring managers at all levels of an organization to understand hiring needs and act as a consultant and expert Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business environment with changing priorities and the ability to pivot accordingly Skilled in compensation and general HR requirements related to hiring Skilled in negotiation and maintaining confidential and sensitive information Highly organized with ability to prioritize and manage work time efficiently. Self-confident, self-starter with a sense of urgency. Strong attention to detail is required. Strong business acumen Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Access. Physical Demands Work requires moderate physical effort and use of motor skills requiring dexterity. While performing duties of this job, employee will regularly stand, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch. Employee may lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to a maximum of 25 pounds by hand. Require physical effort associated with using the personal computer to enter information. Must be able to read and hear verbal instructions in English.
