Sales Operations Analyst
Job duties: Maintains existing sales reports and designs new reports as needed. Administers the department's cost control policies for B&P spending for opportunity engagements. Conducts research by working with the sales leads and utilizing sources such as GovWin; FBO and others to identify new business development opportunities. Evaluates third-party solutions for appropriate sales operations functions as needed. Assists in managing compliance program and sales operations help desk. Schedules and coordinates meetings for the department (as needed). Helps to develop sales operations policies and procedures. Works with sales and capture personnel to identify opportunities for improvement.Competencies: Problem Solving/Analysis Project Management Technical Capacity Decision Making Communication ProficiencySupervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilitiesRequired Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, accounting, computer science or related field Three to five years' experience in management consulting or government contracting experience, preferably in sales or operations Experience with relational database management tools, such as Salesforce and GovWin Capture Management is a plusPreferred Education and Experience: Master's degree in business administration (MBA).
