Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a fast-growing local brokerage seeking a transaction coordinator to provide support to the listing and sales process. If you have an active MD real estate license and have experience with coordinating stagings, communicating with clients and agents, and supporting the listing process, then apply now!

Responsibilities:
  • Liaison between agent and clients and other parties involved in the sales process including closings.
  • Create and maintain accurate files for transactions to ensure compliance
  • Have understanding of listing agreements
  • Maintain communication with agents and clients regarding staging and listing of homes
  • Send reminders, documents, etc. to clients
  • Establish relationship with third party vendors involved in the closing process
  • Act as point of contact for questions regarding staging and listing process
  • Coordinate closing logistics
  • Ensure closing files are accurate and complete for agent
  • Close out file and process settle-related documents and information

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Minimum 3 years of real estate experience
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work with agent and clients
  • Detail oriented and strong multi-tasker
  • Perform well under tight and/or competing deadlines
  • Advanced with MS office and G Suite
