Let your imagination take flight supporting the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD). Looking to find work that stimulates your mind, challenges your skills, and satisfies your curiosity? MIL currently holds several multi-year contracts with NAWCAD in the areas of Cyber, C5ISR, and Information Technology systems.

Summary

The MIL Corporation is seeking a Systems Engineering , Analyst , who will serve as an Operational Technology (OT) Portfolio Analyst to support a Federal Government client via remote access . Selected candidate must be within commuting distance to The Washington Navy Yard approximately two (2) times per week at no cost to the government. The analyst will research, collect, evaluate, and continuously monitor sensitive or classified deficiencies for OT assessments and inspections of OT solutions found throughout the industrial passive information technology (IT) environment, e.g., civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering, facility-related control systems, energy, transportation, utilities, critical infrastructure, public safety, telecommunications .

Responsibilities
  • Create projects, and organize into manageable steps, based on deficiencies.
  • Develop, maintain, update, and oversee OT portfolio plans, schedules, cost estimates, and reports.
  • Enhance data collection procedures to measure and improve readiness.
  • Support the governance structure with respect to operations - stakeholder coordination; charters; policy; tracking timelines and action items; supporting working groups; developing agendas and minutes; taskers; and presentations.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Required Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in all phases of the project management life cycle.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Travel less than 10%.

Desired Qualifications
  • Active SIPR Account.
  • Experience with classified room protocol.
  • Experience with products such as shodan.io.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field from an accredited college.
