The Fairfax County Economic Development Authority (FCEDA) in Tysons, Virginia is hiring a Real Estate and GIS Analyst to be part of a dynamic and collaborative local government team. This is an opportunity for a Real Estate and GIS Analyst to provide real estate, business, market research and analysis for the FCEDA’s Market Intelligence Division.    

The position requires excellent written and oral communications skills.  Experience with ArcGIS or additional mapping software is strongly preferred.  Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree and one to three years of work experience in a relevant field is required. 

Salary range is $50,000 to $55,000.
